Babaganoush

Charbroiled eggplants cured to perfection, seasoned with olive oil, mixed with light mayo, and finished with a hint of garlic.

Carrot Salad

Carrots mixed with yoghurt, dill, lemon juice, olive oil, and sweet light mayo.

Ezme

Tomatoes, cucumbers, and peppers mixed with a great variety of Turkish spices. Finished of with olive oil, walnut pieces, and a touch of garlic.

Fried Eggplant

Fried eggplant with fried green peppers, tomato sauce, and garlic.

Haydari

Strained yoghurt mixed with dill, mint, garlic, and walnuts.

Hummus

Mashed chickpeas mixed with fresh lemon juice, minced garlic, olive oil, and tahini. Garnished with ezme and tabouli. A Cafe Agora classic.

Maza Platter

A combination plate that consists of all our appetizers, except for Spanakopita. A customer favorite.

Piyaz

Red kidney beans with diced tomatoes, swet red onions, and olive oil.

Potato Salad

Boiled and diced potatoes, tomatoes, sweet red onions, peppers, fresh herbs, finished off with olive oil.

Spanakopita

Baked filo dough filled with sauteed onions, spinach, and Turkish herbs.

Tabouli

Cracked wheat mixed with fresh herbs, lemon juice, and olive oil.

Our signature plate. Pieces of lamb shish, chicken shish, kofte, and lamb and beef gyro meat. Served with rice, marinated pita bread, salad and tzatziki sauce.
